fish eat chicken
Once upon a tide, in the shimmering depths of Coral Bay, there lived a curious little fish named Finley. Now, Finley wasn’t your average fish—he was bold, adventurous, and had a rather unusual craving… for chicken.
One sunny day, as Finley swam near the surface, he overheard two seagulls squawking about a beach picnic.
“Best fried chicken I’ve ever had,” one said.
“Crispy, golden, seasoned—just fell off the bone,” the other replied, licking its beak.
Finley’s fins perked up. Chicken? He had no idea what it tasted like, but it sounded magical.
Determined to try this mystery meal, Finley set out on a journey to the shore. He asked the wise old turtle, Sheldon, how to get to the land.
“You’re a fish, lad,” Sheldon chuckled. “Land's no place for gills. But if you’re clever… maybe you can send someone else to fetch it.”
That gave Finley an idea. He made a deal with a sneaky crab named Crusto, who often roamed the shore at night. “Bring me some chicken,” Finley offered, “and I’ll tell you where the best clams are hiding.”
Crusto agreed, and that night, he scuttled across the sand, pinched a piece of leftover chicken from a sleeping camper’s plate, and raced back to the waves.
The next morning, Finley took the biggest bite of his life.
His eyes went wide.
It was everything he’d imagined—crispy, savory, and somehow even better than sea snails.
From that day on, Finley wasn’t just a fish—he was the fish who ate chicken, and stories of his legendary taste spread through the reef. He even opened the first underwater “chicken club” for curious sea creatures—though, to this day, no one knows where Crusto got all the nuggets.
The end.
